Damn double plays are keeping this game close.

Seemed obvious Flowers must have said something. But I can’t imagine he was able to say something right in front of the ump to warrant that type of reaction from Contreras.

Will certainly make for a more interesting series

Refreshing to see the Cubs play some small ball.

Might be time to come get that guy.

All this opposite field hitting by the Cubs is making my weiner tingle.

Two games in a row now Julio has struggled.

Julio has quickly reverted to 2017-18 form. Staff has not been good at all for a month or so. Very lucky that the bats have turned in to the 27 Yankees for a month.

I would be pretty happy with a split in this series with no Soroka.

I like Madden. It's too bad he has to deal with a thug catcher on his team.

The Cubs nabbing the #2 seed vs the NL East is much more comforting than having to play the NL Central wildcard

Every projection system out there has the Braves projected about 5-6 wins ahead of every NL team except obviously the Dodgers so the Cubs will more than likely not be facing the wild card winner under any scenario.
