Could have been worse. Let’s get some runs on the board.

Pitches-per-Out (PPO) would be an interesting stat. I’m sure they track it, and it’s called something else.

When you make contact as often as they do, good things happen. They have been good at dragging the Braves into these low scoring, small ball games, and the Braves don't know how to play that game. They've also been good at taking advantage of our pitchers why they try to strike everyone out.

Naquin was a pickup in a trade from the Reds before the deadline. Another former Indian now on the Mets.

Naquin hit a walk off inside the park HR against Toronto the year the Indians blew the World Series. That was one of the coolest things I've ever seen in a baseball game

Naquin at the plate throwing up the ‘I want to rock’ hand in the air. I was watching that game when it happened. He is a good player who, like many, struggled in Cleveland and get ‘better’ as soon as they leave the mistake on the lake.

I think the Indians are actually incredible at scouting and development. They have to be to be competitive on their payroll.

Our offense just has way too many blackholes right now and we addressed none of it at the deadline.

Ronald has one HR since June 12. The Braves need to assume this is just who he is going to be this season until he can go fix it in the winter.

They will never spend money like they need to win with the Dolan’s running the show.
