I would let Holmes go for the 5th on a by batter basis but have Fuentes up ASAP if he needs to enter

How can a guy cover so much ground in the outfield and not be an above avg baserunner?

He’s only league average in sprint speed. He is so good in the outfield because of his instincts; angles he takes, being well versed on how to play each hitter, etc

He’s so awful on the bases, imo, because he has none of that focus there

Riley!

He might be putting something together. I thought his deep out in his first AB was a homer off the bat too

Remember, Austin has more RBIs than Freddie and also Ohtani.

If Yaz and Riley get rolling can you even fathom how unstoppable this team will be

Yaz will hit .240 and have 10 homers.

Riley will hit 25 homers and 90 RBIs.

Riley still has elite bat speed and is 70th%ile in hard hits and 77th in exit velocity

He could go for 30. For him it’s all about how he is taking his ABs
