Anybody on here get through Ticketmaster shite show presale for the event at Truist tomorrow and actually get tickets? Wasted like two hours of my morning with that bullshite. Had the WSRING code for A-list, struck out. Had the TROPHY code for friends and family, struck out. Each time when I got to the check out page I got an error code. The Braves post-season ticket sale operation with Ticketmaster has left a lot to be desired.
Might have been a mistake to advertise this as a free event. There are already secondary ticket brokers trying to sell all the tickets they scooped up for $100+ each. In addition to the ticket brokers holding a bunch of potentially unused tickets you are going to have people who bought them "just in case" they end up going but won't care if they can't make it because it cost them nothing.

I got 4 this morning with the WSRING one. Section 143. Like I say idk how. I wasn’t on till 1015 or so. Just got lucky I guess.

I’m gonna try to get to the parking deck above wahlburgers on peachtree around 7 I think. I did a Google street view and was trying to find buildings or parking garages I could get on to see everything but that’s about the only one I saw near the beginning.

Yeah it was a shite show. Hey aired like 20 minutes before it opened. Joined the que and made it all the way to the next 100 to join the lobby and select a ticket. Then it crashed and I got booted out. Had to go start from the beginning and there were 2000+ in front when it crashed again. Just said frick it.

It’s family, friends, fathers, sons, memories, and it has brought a group of strangers (most of us) on the internet of different ages and from different states together to not only share in the joy together, but somehow make it even more joyful. Baseball. Bonds. Brothers. Braves. fricking A, guys. fricking A.

I’d like a paper somehow, but may wait until they hit eBay. I heard a guy from Lindy’s magazine (based out of Birmingham, so I’m sure most of their readers are Braves fans), and he said they were putting together a really great special magazine celebrating this season. He said it was gonna really, really nice and something to keep forever. Only printing 100k, so he suggested pre-ordering. I have no idea how to do that, though.

Decided against the Atlanta portion with all the road closures and shite they’re doing. Got 6 exits that are gonna be blocked off north bound from 11-4pm. They open the parking lots on circle 75 at 9am then close circle 75 at 10am till 5. It’s fricking ridiculous. Gonna set up somewhere near the galleria I think. Traffic tomorrow may be the worst Atlanta has ever seen.

Well said Carl. I didn’t start posting in the game threads until late in the year but enjoyed the hell out of it. Bunch of good guys up in here.

I’m in town, but also sort of intimidated by the potential crowds tomorrow. Trying to decide what to do. I’m going to the Eric Church concert tomorrow night at 6, so it would have to be early.
