Haven’t been to the new one yet.

My family and I did a trip to Fort Worth back on Labor Day weekend and we went Sunday game against the Twins. I really liked the stadium. Never been to a baseball game indoors but it was nice sitting in 72 degree AC watching a game when it was 103 outside. We walked by the old stadium and it still looks very nice.

But is Texas expecting Scherzer to return? I saw he threw a few simulated innings before the ALDS but wasn’t quite ready

Yes. Won’t get many innings but it will be more surprising if he doesn’t pitch than if he does.

I’ve seen this one pop up a few times. It definitely needs some work.

I heard over the years that Max is honest with his feedback when it comes to his performance.
I believe he comes in for relief to start with and if the Rangers make the WS, he may be ready to start a game.

Arlington Rangers and their fans suck

Astros will have brooms out quickly and send them scurrying off to their holes

This would be cooler if this happened in the World Series, which would have been possible if the Astros were still in the National League. frick Bud Selig.

Except for being open air and unbearably hot in the summer, The Ballpark at Arlington is a beautiful place for a ballgame!

Weird flex considering the Astros greatest achievements have come in the AL.

I went to see Texas and Boston play each other when I was a kid. Nolan Ryan vs Roger Clemens… pure unleaded from both starters.

My best friend and I took a pic in the old Arlington Stadium parking lot in front of the BIA as it was under construction. Good memories.

I think back when The Ballpark first opened and definitely in the old Rangers Park, the Rangers would play all of their late spring/summer home games at night, even Sunday. Then MLB got in the way with TV deals and ESPN didn't want anyone playing in the same window as their Sunday night ESPN game.

Yeah, it's been ages since the Astros' last World Series win.
