O.T. is legally required.
I think CBS has it in their advertising contracts that the games must be at least 4 hours of airtime.
Army shaft running the clock all game means CBS needs to prolong this for another half-hour.

No they don’t. This isn’t the Sugar Bowl. This game is the same almost every single year aside from a few blowouts. Because these programs have run a variation of the same offense forever. This isn’t some grand conspiracy
