He got two feet down with possession of the ball and lost the ball when he hit the ground a couple of yards out of bounds. That's a catch. The all the way to the ground rule is in effect when the impact with the ground is imminent after the catch. Wasn't the case on that play.

No, I think he maintained possession because he brought it to his stomach, didn't bobble it at all and it only squirted out when his elbow (which made him down) hit the ground.
