Jonathan Isaac ready to take that leap this year. He's going to be a monster.

I’m a Magic fan and have been since they drafted Shaq in ‘92. They’re my small market team that I can fit in my back pocket, that’s part of why I love them.

This current squad should absolutely be a 4-6 seed in the east playoffs, and that’s good enough to keep me entertained and happy throughout the season with strong hopes of winning a series. Then we’ll see from there. That’s just fine.

They don’t have a superstar, but they are young, athletic and deep. They have three players who have the opportunity to become stars in Aaron Gordon, Jonathan Isaac and especially Markelle Fultz. Fultz is barely legal to drink and Isaac ain’t much older. It’ll be fun to watch them develop. The front court is stacked with length and athleticism, and although they don’t have great perimeter shooting, they may have just enough. However, their elite defense will keep them in most games even if the shots aren’t falling. The biggest problem is they don’t have anyone (besides perhaps Fultz) who can create their own offense and scoring will have to rely on screens and motion.

It’s going to be a fun young team to watch develop and grow. I swear, some of y’all just hate on everything.

These are the things I'm hoping for. Winning a playoff series and at least one of these guys becoming a legit star.
