Utter crap. It was hated Bc no one wants to see the best players team up And make a super team. we wanna see the greats compete against each other. That is the spirit of competition. Lebron cheated the spirit of competiton.

I’m the opposite. The decision never affected how I felt about him and I was a fan of his as a player until he went to LA.

The decision was Bill Simmons idea then Simmons wrote that lebron did the decision because he didn’t have a father figure.

I’m not sure why exactly, but I never liked the idea of creating Superteams in the NBA. Seems like a dream team mentality that makes the regular season moot.
For about four years, we knew it was going to be The Bulls versus a Western Champion. Likewise with Miami Heat with Lebron.
I like competitive balance in the NBA not forgone Final participants.

Yep. We will always think about what might have been had lebron built a dynasty like mike did without leaving to make a super team to win a title. Lebron coulda legitimately been GOAT
