then throw the young guy out there in year 2, with McNabb as the veteran backup.

why would McNabb stick around in 2011 in such a scenario? are we assuming he's washed up by then (or maimed trying to make plays for a terrible Rams team).

if they want a top 42 pick that would be a deal breaker. two qb's with your first two picks is insane.

they do and yes it is.

he wouldn't. He is only on a 1 year deal right now. That means next offseason he picks where he goes.

Based on WHAT??? The RAMS have ALOT of work to do. McNabb will NOT bring them where you think they will. Bring in a QB and let Bulger teach him. McNabb will flounder the rest of his career.FACT.

They've got SJax. Bringing in McNabb would make that offense a lot better.

Sure they're not going to win the SB this season, but they play in one of the weakest divisions in the NFL. Definitely an outside chance at the playoffs with some good moves.

I don't think this is the case. The Eagles and their fans have never liked McNabb, even when he took them to a SuperBowl. If I were McNabb, I'd be ecstatic at the news I might be traded.

Seriously, frick Philly LINK

he won't be traded there. I never said Mcnabb would make st.louis contenders.

Bulger can't handle that role.

Agree Sophandros...McNabb sold out in the Super Bowl and T.O. played his arse off while McNabb was doing his normal choking

How awesome would it be if we could have a decent NFL conversation without AdamWilson coming in and gaying it up?

it most certainly is. So why not Mcnabb? The guy completed 60% of his passes, threw for over 3500 yards, he threw for 22 td's and only 10 int's. All this while missing two games and he was still ranked 12th in qb rating, 13th in td's, and had the 8th fewest int's.
