fricking sucks. Didn't like the guy's style, but there was literally no reason to dislike him as a person. While there were all kinds of seemingly scummy people at ESPN (sexual harassment scandals, etc.), he was always above the fray. The fact that Kolber was so emotional tonight tells you something.

cancer is like a drunk driver it will kill anyone at any given time. I hate to hear this but you have neighbors or friends that have neighbors that are going to die soon with cancer but no one will care because they are not on ESPN. Cancer is like a fricking cockroach you can find it in every neighborhood.
Terrible Terrible making a differance sometimes is not giving money and getting a sticker but giving time, just visiting with a person mowing a lawn walking their dog.
Terrible but cancer is a very normal thing to millions of people and they are going through this daily.
Hospice is fricking awesome and when Mr Scotts does pass, if this is upsetting to you and you want to help out you can get involved with your local Hospice they will find you a way to help out.
