you said this-

quote:

UHigh has one of the top elementary schools in the state. HS beat out BR High in test scores this last year.

but your link was only comparing Leap scores of public school grades 3-8. Beating EBR public Leap scores is like winning an arse kicking contest in a bar full of one legged men.

Again, I am not saying you are wrong but would like to see the facts.

From what I can find in most recent release BR high students scored 26.3 on ACT and Uhigh 25.2

If the rumors about U-High recruiting Liberty’s players are true, then the timing of it was likely intended to inflict as much harm as possible. In a somewhat related note, Liberty fired their HC after only one season. His system was certainly not traditional, but Coach Boone did a lot of good for the program in his brief stint. I guess the new principal is serious about football. (my son plays for Liberty).

That offense takes time … obviously more than a year. It can work really well for lower resource and personnel numbers. Also hard to attract todays players to that style.

What was the offense? Wing T?

ETA: Drey Trosclair is available.

Version of the wing T or double wing option offense. Very simple concepts but that don’t mean easy
