This is absolutely not true.

You can estimate someone's intelligence from how they communicate. Verbal intelligence is a large portion of IQ.

In his social circles communicate. Grammar is not considered. Just bc he doesn’t speak correctly doesn’t mean he couldn’t if he wanted to. Come on bro

It takes real effort to not qualify academically for FBS football. The “I just don’t care about school” excuse doesn’t work when the standard is so low.

Someone can speak with a vernacular that is very improper and still demonstrate verbal intelligence.

I'm also not speaking to Antonio Brown's intelligence, I'm only saying you can get a fairly accurate estimate by listening to him. Granted, he could be incredibly high in spatial intelligence while being low in verbal intelligence, but the two are highly correlated and that would be rare.
