If they were set on taking a QB though there wasn’t another first rounder behind him, sure they could have taken one of the other skill or trenches guys that we know now worked, but at least for them there wasn’t another stud qb that went right behind him they passed on for his alleged upside

Madking going to come around and tell us how great he is because he went 7/19 for 88 yards but had the 6th highest QBR one week.

Dude was arse in College and barely played...and he went top 10 in the NFL.
Richardson is a prime example showing scouts really just must not watch actual football games. Anthony Richardson played like a 4th or 5th round QB. If you watched his tape the main take away would be "I don't want this team to draft my QB." Much less take him top 5.
Hell even Florida fans were laughing at the pick.

He was a flat out bad QB in college. Almost everyone on this board knew and saw that with their non-expert eyes.

Jamarcus was a very good college QB and had generational arm talent.
He was a massive bust not because he didn't have the capability to be a good QB, but because he didn't want to be. Absolutely no motivation after he got paid.
Doesn't matter how motivated Anthony Richardson is or could be, he'll never be a good QB. He has never been a good QB...at any level.
