What happened last night and what happens tonight has no bearing on the first round meltdown of several big 12 teams making quick exits from the tournament.

We knew Kansas and Oklahoma were good teams. Iowa St. maybe overachieving at this point, and definitely will be if they win.

If a WVU team being talked about as one of the best teams in the country getting housed by a Southland conference team isn't a meltdown, I'm not sure what is.

Who was calling WVU "one of the best teams in the country"? Please note random TV talking heads or fans picking WVU to make a deep run doesn't mean they were "one of the best teams in the country". In any event 1 loss by 1 team doesn't = a meltdown.

Show me where Big 12 teams failed to win their respective seed's average, compared to the rest the tournament and other conferences.

First round upsets are not something new in the tournament. Now if the entire conference got wiped out in the first weekend you may be talking sense.
