Guess who currently leads the WNBA in double doubles.

If you guessed Angel Reese, you would be right.

Sabonis led the NBA in double doubles this year. You want to build your franchise around him?

He’s a nice player, probably about top 20.

Who said anything about building a franchise. The thread is Angel Reese v Caitlin Clark this season.

While Queen Cait sits on the bench, Bayou Barbie is excelling in her new role on the Chicago Sky.

So much so she’s led her team to a 4-11 record and got memed today. Good stuff!

She can't play all five positions. Although as pathetic as the guards are, she's played that position (well) on occasion.
That team is horrendous. It's a miracle she's led them to that many wins.

What kind of meme does a player get after turning in another double double?

If you value the least valuable skills, sure.

If you want players that can actually help your team win at a high level, not really

Are you saying scoring and rebounding have the least value?

Have you ever watched a basketball game?

She sucks at scoring
She was the fastest player in WNBA history to score 500 point and grab 500 rebounds.

Dude she has 21 points in the current game right now and also has a better FG% right now than CC.

You can not like her all you want but she doesn’t suck at scoring.

Has no bearing on whether she’s a good scorer or not.

She is 33rd in the league at pts per game. Her rookie year last year she finished at 28th in pts per game

She is awful at shooting but she factually is above average at scoring

Please tell us all what your definition of a "good scorer" is.

Points per game doesn’t tell you shite about how good of a scorer a player is. Bad scorers put up good counting stats all the time.

If it takes you 12 shots to score 10 points; you are a bad scorer. Horribly inefficient.

Lots of bad teams have guys that put up 24 a game against on way too many shots in the nba. This isn’t a controversial take… at all

Westbrook is considered an elite scorer

He takes awful shot and is inefficient

Kobe was considered an elite scorer and he was inefficient and took a lot of bad shots

I’ve never once seen scoring attached to efficiency. Ever. It’s about getting the ball in the bucket period

Being a good shooter or efficient etc is used for players that have a good or high eFG

Thanks for admitting you don’t actually follow basketball. Makes your bullshite much easier to contextualize
