These kinds of teams could probably beat a good team if they played their best game and the other team played their worst, but they shouldn't be allowed in the big games because they don't play anyone.

No, you are dead on. NIU would probably finish 5th in the Mountain West. They are pretty bad.

The MAC is slow as shite - it's like watching real football in slow motion.

Lynch is a dominant player tho. There are a few guys in the MAC that standout above everyone else and can play anywhere...

Yes, just like Hawaii and other teams that play no one in the regular season and get slaughtered in a BCS game.
The best preparation for a BCS game is good competititon throughout the season.
