not sure on everybody.

But I know for sure I'd take Rick Vaughn on the rubber and "The Duke" to close.

Remember, "The Duke" threw at his own kid in a father/son game.

And Clue Haywood at first, the triple crown winner. .341 avg. 48 homers, and 121 RBIs. nice stuff.

What you guys got?

You think "The Jet" is a career speed guy a la Juan Pierre...or a guy who can do it all. Hit the jacks, steal the bases, make the diving grab in center like Griffey?

Ha! I guess that would count.

Who's better as the washed up vet then? Chapel or Steadman?

What about Jake Taylor for bench coach?

With his weight issues I think we've got another Mo Vaughn situation

Thats a good question. I would have to go with chapel only if he could quiet the mechanism. If it didnt work then you cant go wrong with someone nicknamed "the rocket". And for as good as chapel was in detroit, John C. Riley was his catcher and, in my opinion, didnt get enough credit for chapel's success

Love the movie, but Crash was no more than a great minor leaguer.

How about Roy Hobbs?

I have always been a fan of "Harris" from Major League. I would take him on my team just for shear entertainment.

"So your saying Jesus Christ cant hit a curveball?"

"Up your Butt Jobu."
