From 1960 to 1969 the losers of the two NFL division championship games, met in Miami the week before the Championship Game (before it was called the Super Bowl), to fight it out for third place. It was sometimes referred to as the Losers' Bowl, or the shite Bowl.

May we never have to live through such an abomination again.

This is one of the few years that would feature teams better than the ones in the Super Bowl, but most years this would be an awful game.

Not interested. Chiefs would beat Saints by 17 and then we would have to hear additional crying about the refs.

The crying and thumb sucking by fans after the Rams overpowered the Saints at home is enough for me. Not sure how many more frivolous lawsuits vs the NFL our courts can handle anyway.

The main thing we can all agree on is the best team won and the 2 best teams are playing in the Super Bowl.

That would be worse than the Pro Bowl.

Nooooooo WAY. The teams wouldn't give a crap. At all.

Saints this year are the biggest example of “peaking too soon” I have ever seen. They aren’t better than the rams right now. I’m pretty sure of that. Did you see the tweet that has been going around about brees post thanksgiving?

Jesus. We were lucky to not have a bunch of injuries early. Ever since the Dallas game, the offense never looked the same and IDK why.

Took OT and all of the help in the world, and you're sure of that?

Care to share? Also, you better capitalize his damn name, insubordinate, and churlish.

What happened to Drew Brees Deep Ball?

Deep Pre-Thanksgiving:
• 63% comp
• 18.1 YPA
• 6:0 TD:INT
• 144 rtg

Post-Thanksgiving:
• 41% comp
• 10.2 YPA
• 1:2 TD:INT
• 63 rtg

Deep = 15+ air yds

Saints were at home and still didn’t look like the better team. Heck just last week they struggled to beat a very very average eagles team who they had beat by what 6 TDS earlier in the year. The eagles didn’t really improve much, the saints got much worse.

You were a saints fan "this" season. You even admitted mid season to jumping on the bandwagon.

Saints fan from birth actually. But always able to view not just my team but every team through the lense of an unbiased evaluator moreso than a fan or hater. the saints fell off a cliff. Whether it was the injuries or other stuff. They were nowhere near the machine they were early in the season in the last month.

You openly admitted during the Zeke rookie campaign how you're a fan of the Cowboys. That's where the entire "lsu, rockets, and cowboys fan that lives in nola"

Saints fans wanna talk about those last two minutes but ignore every call in their favor the first 58.

And if any team got screwed Sunday it was the Chiefs. But people are so accustomed to the Patriots getting overwhelmingly favorable treatment that it’s not even worth mentioning anymore.

I never been a cowboys fan. I did pull for Seahawks but that was bc LOB. Those guys embodied everything I love about sport/domination/intimidation/trash talk. LOB is no more so I don’t care to follow them anymore.
