Nice at bat Colby! Don't ruin it now Evan!

Crazy how he beat that shift. Zob is playing rover in shallow right.

Idk about that. Mccullers didn't apologize. But we all say Ventura apologize.

If you know anything about McCullers at all, you know he is wild as hell. Especially early in games. These two starters are similar.

Same fricking pitch Gattis struck out on yesterday.

Gattis continues his hot streak

Knew Gattis would fail there but at least he added to the pitch count.

Gattis needs to hit the bench. He's abandoned all swing mechanics to dive across the plate and swing at garbage.

If we can advance, does Hinch start thinking of making a move? Hes looks so uncomfortable at the dish, though he hardly ever seems to.

Couldn't agree more. Tucker would have been worthy of a couple of DH at bats against this guy. Oh well.

My God. What more will it take for hinch to pull Gattis from the lineup? This guy has no chance to hit the ball uneless the royals ok him to hit it from a tee. And I'm not even sure he wouldn't swing and miss.

Why would you throw Gattis anything but a low and away breaking ball right now? Strikes out.
Basically.

Bad thing about Gattis is when he does manage to put the ball in play, its weak grounders directly at short.

I would but I don't think Hinch does. I would've had Tucker at DH today.

this umpire is really questionable today
"OH MY GOD"

McCullers can't control his fastball today. He needs to slow down.

Man this ump has a tight zone. Both pitchers have thrown great pitches being called balls.
