Can I get a link that states that?

My take on the situation: if he wasn’t Brandon Miller ie big-name basketball player with resources, he would’ve been charged because the DA concludes he/she would convict easier. Now even if BM was charged, based on what we know now, the facts are circumstantial at best as far as intent and a competent defense attorney would create so much reasonable doubt, it would be a waste of taxpayer money to bring him to trial. Not talking about public defender, I’m talking about a high-powered criminal defense attorney which BM would likely have.

That’s certainly an opinion. It’s possible.
However, I don’t think he was there to be the getaway driver.

Fair enough. He somewhere between an Uber driver and a getaway driver. Let's call him Door dash but for murder weapons.

I think that there’s a very fine line being walked here by Alabama (and they’ve done a very poor job). Alabama’s administration stated they learned things from Tuesday’s testimony which indicates they didn’t investigate the situation as thoroughly as they should have. Miller won’t be charged criminally, but there’s a possibility the family could attempt something in a civil case.
Something to point out in the defense attorney’s statement the other day: they state Miller never saw or handled the gun, but not that he didn’t know it was back there. Miles didn’t feel he needed to tell Miller where the gun was in his text, so I think you can assume he knew where it was. Did he know it would actually be used? Maybe, maybe not.
Some people might try to say the text wasn’t read by Miller. If it wasn’t, the defense attorney would have said that in his statement. He definitely saw it. The other crazy piece is the attorney said that Miller never left his car. There were two bullet holes in his windshield. It’s very possible he saw his life flash before his eyes at that point, and the situation could have ended up even worse than it did.
I think the real pushback at this point should be on how Alabama and Oats handled everything. It shows a lack of true leadership within the program and University to be blindsided by some of this information.

explaining why Miller didn’t do anything wrong
Man delivered a murder weapon to a homicide. He most definitely did something wrong.

That article isn’t a good look for Miller. That whole story is sickening. Miller has no business on a basketball court.

I hope Bama gets a 1 seed and then the hammer drops on Miller and he’s out for the tourney.

It shows Miller didn’t block anybody in and the time from gun text to gun being grabbed out of the back seat is 4 minutes.
Miller also didn’t drive them home.
It’s great for Miller.

The team patting him down during the intr after a woman was murdered is one of the trashiest things I've ever seen in sports. Memphis should draft him so he and Ja can get to know each other before they become roommates in prison. The organization that drafts him has no morals and integrity.
Imagine cheering for a piece of **** that mocks a dead woman he played a part in getting killed, just cause he is tall, athletic and good at playing with balls... like a circus seal/juggling clown.
When he's introduced at the first game

It’s amazing how many people root for someone’s downfall just because they’re a star/play for Alabama. Just like nobody actually gives a shite about the woman, just like nobody mentions Bradley in the case. Don’t care.

Nobody knows Bradley. People know Brandon Miller.
What I find amazing is how many people are willing to make excuses for and defend shitty behavior because they can play a children’s game well. The way America idolizes athletes is gross. Let me assure you I don’t give to flips about Alabama basketball. But I don’t believe a guy who brought a murder weapon to the scene of a murder has any business playing college basketball. That is a privilege. And save the excuses. You don’t bring a gun to a night club for target practice.
Btw it isn’t limited to Alabama. NBA fans still go crazy for that scumbag Ja Morant.
The way Americans idolize terrible people in sports, music and Hollywood is a sign of our crumbling culture/society.
