What is your obsession here? Are you a Dayton fan? Did you have a futures bet on them or something? We all know they probably would have lost by the sweet 16 anyway, Toppin really wasn’t that good as his shite nba career has shown.

I got over that. Looking back, my hatred was for completely dumb reasons. Hating someone over putting their team first? Of course any self-respecting player's gonna put their team first, even if their individual legacy suffers a bit. Players aren't obligated to maintain the competitive balance of the league.
As for Dayton, I don't particularly like or dislike them; I just feel bad for them, considering every other team that finished in the Top 6 in KenPom for 2020 has made it to a Final Four in the following 3 seasons and they haven't even made the tournament since.
