Yeah. I'll just do that.

Not really. Even the mother acknowledge he didn't die because he was playing football. It was because he was sick and no one knew it. It could have happened with him playing basketball.
Correct, but in the article's subtitle, the author says "more kids die playing football than you know." That's a sensational (and thinly veiled) spin to capitalize on all the hysteria surrounding CTE.

It will be tough man. Being a parent if tough as hell. It isnt as easy as letting them do what they want. It is a fine line of balancing protecting them, vs sheltering them
I completely agree with not letn them just do what they want. But football is a game, look how may people across US play, and how many have died as a result of it. The odds are slim. Again, that is ur decision as a parent. Me as a parent will let my kid decide if he wants to play any sport. Im not pushn it down his throat, but if he comes n wants to play football, tennis, basketball, whatever im not saying now. Its a freaking game.

Either way, the cte scare is small in grand scheme of things. But that doesnt matter, that is your choice as a parent. Im not saying its wrong, but i disagree. Everyone is different when raising children
