if you were a betting man, you would look at all of the trouble rutgers had with a below average dual qb, ok he could run, threw ducks, and now faces a little better dual threat, and BC, who played better than their score vs cinccy, BC should be a 1st half lock - 2 1/2, and game lock -3

rutgers went power, ran a tush push, and was stopped 2 yards behind line of scrimmage on 4th and 1 at their own 30ish.
