It's not really stanford (though it was obvious in this game and USC game). It's the PAC-12 refs. For some reason they like to call "targeting" and other hits like the one we saw.

So everytime Luck makes a good throw is it always the greatest throw in the history of college football? What about the times he throws INT's and misses his receiver by 5 yards? Are those just an anomaly?
