So after this game, Oregon beating Stanford, how do you see the rankings shaping up?

the rankings will most likely look like this

1- LSU
2- Ok State
3- Bama
4- Oregon
5- OU

it will look a lot different on the final week, though.

Thanks for that. I just figured that OU losing to TT who keeps on losing would extremely hurt their numbers, and that Oregon losing to the #1 ranked team in LSU wouldn't hurt them all too much. And that their best victories would be Oregon over the at the time #4 and OU over the #2 at the time OSU isn't too much of a gap...

"TTU keeps losing" hurts us in the humans eyes, not in the computers.
"LSU keeps winning" does help Oregon a lot, that's for sure.

yeah, that's how I see it as well. And like you believe, and I believe, and everyone else in college football that OU will with a win over OSU then leapfrog both Bama and Oregon.

It would be cool to have plenty of voters split their votes between Bama/Oregon/OU as some would be proponents for the best team(Bama), week 1 argument(Oregon), or those who abhor rematches(OU).

oh you can bank on that, there won't be a unanimous #2; it will very well be split.

If Stanford can't hang with Oregon they had no shot against LSU.

i don't watch Stanford very much, is Luck having a bad game, or is he just way overhyped?

With some very bad throws missing wide open receivers, poor decisions on throws, and taking some unnecessary sacks.

Luck is good, but he's human. I don't think he's as safe a pick as people thought he was.

I've seen Stanford's defense this season, but it's kind of odd how these speed backs running up the gut are having so much success.
