They couldn't keep Wilson in the pocket. Are they going to magically figure it out?
Our defense was very good in the first half. We need to hope we can maintain that for longer than 2 qtrs against SF. Our offense needs to stop kicking FGs, we aren't going to beat SF if Bryant kicks more than 2 FGs.

No your defense was not very good. The Seahawks moved the ball easily, the Falcons made a good play on the sack on 3rd down but the lack of points was due to Petey deciding to go for it and the oc calling a fb dive plus that one good play. They couldn't handle Wilson for the most part.
the offense for the falcons did the heavy lifting with the running game in the first half. Falcons won't run all over the 9ers.

LOL, please tell me how zero points in a half equates to not very good. GTFO.

When you factor in giving up 28 in the 2nd half at home.

haha, they were a dumpster fire in the 2nd, that I won't disagree with...

The Seahawks moved the ball easily even in the first half. The 0 points was more due to them doing dumb shite.

This x1000, Falcons defense was tore up, Seattle just didn't cash in.

Lynch fumbles
4th and 1
End of half sequence
The Seahawks moved the ball at will for 3 quarters
Pete Carroll blew it with baffling decisions. Kaepernick is no Russell Wilson but he isn't too shabby and his team is fricking stacked in all of the right places. I think kaepernick's inexperience comes into play, keeping it close but the niners blow the doors off in the final quarter

Yeah, they had one drive killed by the fumble, a drive killed by the 4th down play, and then the one at the end of the half. They had moved the ball easily on all of those possessions.

Kap might rush for 200 in this one.
he will get plenty and regardless he has vernon davis and crabtree to throw to while scrambling and maybe even gore on a checkdown. tough to defend all of them.

Pretty much. But I do not think kaepernick's is the passer Russell Wilson is.
I honestly think by his 3rd year, Wilson will be hands down the best QB in football

I predict an NFC championship that sucks and as a result: an NFC champion that sucks even harder.

never take a sack. if wilson throws it away they get 3 there and win the game.

no but he runs the zone read and with his long legs he can torch atlanta. also remember frisco's defense. they just might knock somebody out for the falcons like roddy white or julio or rodgers or even ryan.

disagree bigtime.

I know it's an unpopular opinion if not seemingly crazy but his pocket awareness, footwork, speed and accuracy are insane.
Posted on 1/14/13 at 12:14 pm to Fat Bastard
I think Luck is the eventual best qb but Russell Wilson is well on his way to being elite.
