I've always been a 49er fan, but they passed on drafting Aaron Rodgers, Marshawn Lynch, DeSean Jackson, Keenan Allen, etc. They've overlooked a lot of Cal guys that have become NFL starters. I want to see Beast Mode (and Brandon Mebane) in the Super Bowl, so eff the Niners in the NFCCG.

this right here, ladies and gentlemen, is what you call a bandwagon fan

We will have six picks in the first three rounds after the Goldson comp pick. This team is just getting started. Time to pay Jim though.

Need to draft - CB, WR, QB, OL, SS

Goodwin will retire. CB is a mess, and Whitner may over value himself. Boldin might cost too much and even if he doesn't, we need depth at WR. Way too good of a WR class not to grab a couple.

I would love for the Niners to draft a QB in the third round for development. He would be practically guaranteed a roster spot over McCoy.

So many 9'er wagon fans here in PHX, it's pathetic.

You're right in the sense that I root for the Niners when convenient, but I'm hardly a classic "bandwagon fan." Bandwagon fans root for a team when they're hot. Well the Niners are hot but I have other rooting priorities. I am Cal (and CFB) fan first, and I root for players in the pros who chose to play their college ball at Cal. I was pissed that the Niners chose an Urban Meyer system QB over Rodgers, but it probably worked out for the best. Crappy head coaches like Mike Nolan and Mike Singletary might have killed Rodgers' career just like they almost killed Alex Smith's. After seeing what he did with Smith (and at Stanford), I think Jim Harbaugh is the best coach at any level.

Of the four remaining teams, the Niners are the only one that has no former Cal players, so eff em. This weekend I want to see Marshawn Lynch make it to the Super Bowl. Go Hawks! Go Pats! But otherwise I'm a Niner fan.

If 49er fans weren't so horrible then maybe I could get behind the Niners. But between douchebag Harbough and douchebag fans, I'll be happy if the Niners lose.

Bears or not, I do not know how you can root for the 'hawks under any circumstances due to Pete f'n Carroll. Not to mention much of the 'hawk fanbase are the same twerps which make up the awful U Dub base......you know, the enemy

A Cal fan should know better.....smh

Do you ask all of them qualifying questions? Do they have a special handshake? I always laugh at the prospect of people being bandwagon to others that might interact with them for seconds or even just see them wearing colors.

FWIW OT- ASU is about to get curbed stomped on Thursday.
BEAR DOWN CATS!

And rooting for Harbaugh is any better? I find him far douchier than Carroll, but there's no doubt he's a great coach.

Checking in. Some of the analysts were saying they liked the niners because they established the run against a better front 7 with Carolina as opposed to Seattle.
