Creighton is not a deep team but their starting 5 plays so well together. Their defense is good and when they play their roles well on offense they are a team built to make a run

Ok? Yes injuries happen. They usually don’t happen to the consensus national player of the year a week before the NCAA tournament begins.

Yeah, Martin getting hurt was no Nancy Kerrigan thing. It happened. You should go through every tournament then and research all injuries and put an asterisk when necessary next to a national championship if in your opinion an injury helped them.

Why would they need an asterisk? All I said is he may not have won the title that year if Martin doesn’t get injured. No different then saying Arizona may not have won in ‘97 if Derek Anderson hadn’t missed most of the year for KY or Syracuse may not have won in ‘03 if Wayne Simien had been available for KU.
