Quinnerly and Bediako both have an extra year of eligibility from Covid, I believe.
Probably but Bediako is also only a Sophomore I think.
Either way, he’s not an NBA lottery guy.

Look at Bama this year:
-Sears: college guy who can score 15ppg and knockdown shooter
-Quinnerly: 5th year senior who can shoot
-Miller: young star NBA guy who can shoot
-Clowney: Stretch 4
-Bediako: rim protector who probably stays 4 years
I would suggest that Nate Oat's real gift is roster management. The pundits have lauded the Tide's depth all tourney. Often saying they have 2 of everything.
It's almost miraculous in its recent development.
BAMA loses Shackelford, Ellis, and Davison to the NBA. The only returnee, Jahvon Quinerly, tore his ACL.
Then the mass exodus out of T-Town. Bama loses most of its key reserves. Juwan Gary, James Rojas, Jusaun Holt, Keon Ambrose-Hylton, and Alex Tchikou were all promising pieces that decided to abruptly leave Tuscaloosa.
All to say this about Nate Oats:
BAMA was down to their last 3 holdovers from the previous year before freshmen, transfers, and JUCO players filled in the gaps.
Who else could have put this roster together, with all its magnificent depth, in a matter of weeks? Only Nate Oats.

TNT's 4.37 million viewers for Fairleigh Dickinson's historic upset of Purdue is the best first round game on cable TV since Turner Sports became a media partner for March Madness prior to the 2011 event.
