I'm watching here and there. The sun just set which is always fun.
It's sad to see the LMP1 class fall to where it is. I think it took Toyota something like 50 laps to lap the 3rd place car.

The best parts are usually through the night time (which is right now in our timezones) .... Last year’s race was incredible with all the problems and an LMP2 car almost winning, but this Toyota parade is a snooze fest. I really hope the Toyota’s have issues.

It's not a whole lot better behind them though. Right now the 3rd place car is a lap ahead of 4th and 16 laps ahead of 5th.
A more interesting finish might be Toyota asking the #7 Toyota to slow down to allow the #8 Toyota to win, just to give Alonso the victory. Would be controversial anyway.

That’s what I was thinking, if the #7 gets team orders and says frick off, could make for an interesting finish.

I would have started a thread but I didn't think anyone watched Le Mans on here haha. Last lap now and Alonso will win in his debut. With no Audi or Porsche P1 competition the prototype battle hasn't been anything remotely interesting.
