This track looks totally different in the day time.

I know it’s been mentioned but I miss when Rolex was the sponsor, I’m not a fan of these intentionally blurry looking Louis Vuitton banners

I’m with you, never like the look of a Tag for whatever reason. Can’t afford either one so it doesn’t matter.

My wife hates that blurry LV logo too.

Yep. Cut the inside of the corner too close and broke steering/suspension straight into the opposite outside wall. Not too hard of a hit but plenty of broken stuff.

Max had some good pace in FP2 and this track usually favors the Red Bull. Could be an interesting weekend. I have to think if he feels like he can compete with the McLaren then he's going to be aggressive, always makes for fun.

I have picked him to be back on the podium. Mood among the team seems to be much more positive.

I read that Red Bull brought a floor update, so maybe that's helping. Supposedly 1 of 3 updates coming soon, with the second update in Miami.

Edit: Oh, the article I read was wrong, the floor isn't ready yet. The only performance upgrade Red Bull brought was a revised rear beam wing. I think to reduce drag. Lots of teams have brought updates.

Is there anywhere to overtake on this track? It looks quite narrow.

They didn’t mention brake cooling upgrades in their FIA notes. Good call though.

Watched replay.

They never display the speeds of these vehicles.

Also, is Susie Wolff Toto's wife? I know his wife was/is high up in F1, but she's in charge of the Academy.

Yep they are married.

I think they are basically formula fords and top out around 150mph

** Was a pretty good race. Only one safety car. The telecast is shite. They have a good battle for the lead but just continue to show replays of the battle for 10th but that's par for the course

Showed a few "speed trap" top speeds, but no in race/in car telemetry like for F1. Definitely better than last week - maybe RPM got to them (Stroll's first two races were against type).

By all indications, Chong is the Academy's window licker.
