I rewatched Max's on board for the safety car. Russell clearly left 10 car lengths between the safety car at least twice and clearly brake checked Max. If he wasnt a Brit he would get some sort of a penalty.

You always get a warning for leaving more than 10 places; dont expect that to ever amount.
If there was brake checking he could get popped for that.
The body language from them leaving the stewards didnt show much concern. Will probably just tell them both to quit jerking each other off.

Losing a race that finished under a safety car due to a penalty during the safety car would be absolutely brutal and as big of a mistake in its own way as Lando trying to force his way through a nonexistent gap.

Osama is an unlikable count for sure but a penalty taking away a win would be inexcusable. Flipping over a porta john with him inside would be fine though

Well that really hurts. If they wanted to actually punish him, they would have given him a grid penalty for the next race.
