I agree with him on the racing back to the caution. Dumb rule and is rarely beneficial. (It also gave us the ridiculous Lucky Dog rule)
No pit speed limit was pretty dicey and thought so before they enacted it. Was watching when Elliot's tire changer got taken out by Rudd.
Saying that, they generally have it too low. Back in the day they really sailed them in there which was too much.

He’s been with FOX a couple of years doing reporting for the truck series. Seems like a good, professional guy but doesn’t seem to have all of the NASCAR terminology down to be able to give a good pit report.
