I think the Avalanche, Wild and Blues are all better than the whole bottom half of the Western Conference bracket.

Plus she’s not telling you what she thinks she sees. You can tell she’s grown up in hockey. Dad is a HOF and Cousin is a GM and probably one of the meanest goalies I’ve ever seen

I'm watching the Minny game on Bally Sports North with the home announcers. The broadcast, vibe, and hype of this game is turned up to 11.
Flipped over to the Oilers game on ESPN at intermission, holy crap this sucks. This announcer is terrible and the game broadcast feels like I'm listening to Barry Manilow. It's Beth Mowens 11am ESPN Big Ten football kickoff bad. Probably worse.
How do you screw up and not catch the intensity of a playoff game in freaking Edmonton? That place is nuts but the game feels like a wake.

I usually enjoy shitting on any thing related to Minnesota teams and fans. The Wild are an exception, especially since they acquired MAF.

I'm just saying it was shocking the difference in these two broadcasts. The Oilers game just isn't translating through the TV like the Wild game I'm watching.

Hextall won a Conn Smythe trophy as a rookie on a team that lost in the Stanley Cup Finals. That's damn impressive.

I've read that Target Field is an underrated gem. Catching a game there would likely be pretty nice. Their summer evenings have to be a bit more pleasant than a Vegas summer night.
