Says the guy that wishes for 2 of the sport's top-5 drivers to wreck during the warm-up laps.

That race wasn't rigged.
But keep showing that you're a simpleton.

So I don't like those guys. I don't care how popular they are. What of it?

If nascar was ever going to rig a race, a restrictor plate race where NASCAR hands out the restrictor plates to the teams would be the one.
"Here you go JR, this plate is JUST for you...."
Nobody could do anything with Jr or Mikey that night.
Jr's win that night was the biggest feel good story nascar has ever had. After Earnhardt died nascar was getting abused in the media for it. They needed something to change the conversation. They got it

And you have to ask yourself why.

That's speculation. Not hardcore proof or facts.
That's like saying the moon landing was done on a soundstage w/no proof to back it up.
And you know all 41 other drivers would've had to have been in on it, also. And we both know that that wasn't happening.
Sometimes, divine intervention happens. And that's what happened that night.

B/c they had a superior program to everyone else. Handed down from Dale himself. The best superspeedway driver ever. He knew what it took to succeed there and he passed that knowledge on to DEI.
It also didn't hurt that DEI had the 2 best plate drivers in the biz after Dale himself in Mikey and Junior. It was literally genetic how good Junior was on superspeedways.

But you can't disprove it either.

No they wouldn't. If nascar handed Jr a bigger plate the 8 team may not have even known.
Besides with all the press NASCAR got after that race, it brought a lot more buzz and eyeballs to the sport. That was good for everybody.
Look, I like Jr and he was my #2 driver for a long time. But there was always something a little bit fishy about that particular race.

All I'm seeing here is you throwing shite against the wall and hoping it sticks.
Until you can up w/concrete proof that the '01 Pepsi 400 was fixed, I'm done here.

Can you prove NASCAR didn’t do that?

You know the answer to that question.
But that is the first fair point brought up in this whole conversation.

You mean the race he was just as fast as he was in the 500 where he finished 2nd to his teammate who finished 2nd to him in the 400?

I come to this thread for the start of the race and see that the thread has gone to hell.
