I agree. If his spotter was telling him to go low, he was putting his driver in the grass. Makes no sense.

Chastain was going 185mph with Blaney on his outside. Once Chastain picked the low lane to pass Kyle, there was nothing he could do once Kyle was in the way.

Good on Chase for admitting he had room to move up and avoid Chastain and that he misjudged. Always humble. And watching the replay, he definitely had room to move up.

His spotter didn’t give him the info which is his job. His spotter should’ve seen Bush coming down as he was doing it before the dogleg and ended up there at end of it if not later. Chastain went low while racing another guy not racing Kyle.

Texas is such a crappy track. It rarely produces good racing. If the All-Star race is going to be on a 1.5 mile track, there was no reason to move it from Charlotte.

The all star race should’ve never left Charlotte. If they were going to move it, it should’ve been a night race at Bristol.
