I can’t tell if Suarez is unlucky or just can’t get it done? He seems he knows how to race on all types of tracks but usually stuck with inferior equipment.

They have a technical alliance with Gibbs. So, sort of. I don’t think they are ordered around by Gibbs like some of their previously technical alliance partners, though.
