Bro he has been off fairway like 30 times in the last two days and always ended up with a perfect play
Its like clockwork
The ball always ends up exactly as good as playing it right of the middle of the fairway
And its on camera people moving his lies that are officials.

A woman picked his ball up. The gallery told Phil about it so they tried to place it back where it originally was. The best that they could tell.
