Time: noon ET

TV: ESPN

Rules/Records: Ten minutes to eat as many Nathan's Famous hot dogs and buns as you can. Joey Chestnut ate an astounding 74 hot dogs in 10 minutes to set the men's record in 2018. Sonya Thomas holds the women's record with 45 hot dogs, set in 2012.

A private venue will stage the competition, which will feature five eaters in the men’s and women’s competitions instead of the usual 15, allowing for more social distancing.

Bet the over on Chestnut’s total today. Air Conditioning for the indoor venue is going to play a huge role. It’s mostly been extremely hot outside during this event in the past

He screwed kobayashi, the person responsible for bringing hype to the event, pretty bad.

How many of the spots went to people of color? Has competitive eating addressed the racial disparity of its events, specifically the lack of black and gay athletes? It’s really problematic and I hope ESPN addresses this today on air

The absolute best part of this is the introductions.

Not really related but kinda related but why do shitty vendor hot dogs taste so much better than ones grilled at home?

I'm pulling for Stonie. His youtube vidoes have sucked me in more than a few times. Guy ate a gallon jar of pickles and drank the juice the other day

If you weren't such a hack, you'd know Eric "Badlands" Booker has been holding it down for years.
