Exactly. What a bad time for a caution, especially caused by a teammate who probably knew he had a tire problem a few laps before it blew.

All Bowman did was give Keselowski a big bump on the restart to get him past his own teammate and then fell back

Well, Keselowski didn't pit and won, so. Maybe everyone else does pit and Chase falls back, but there was zero chance he was going to win once he pitted.

No for being the top winner in Penske history now. He also now has multiple classic wins, a championship as well.
