I’m glad they can, this game was really pissing me off. It seems like we’ve had 100 baserunners thrown out/ picked off in this series, and the relief pitching still looks shaky.
I still can’t bitch though, a win is a win and most teams in the American won’t have talent like Ole Miss. If Tulane can cut down on the walks they might do alright

Cajuns are three outs away from getting swept by Sam Houston State. It’s early but you can definitely see the potential for the wheels to fall off the bus fast. Sloppy defensive play, unreliable pitching, etc. Team doesn’t look like a traditional Robicheux squad at all.

SLU takes 2/3 from Stoney Brook. Held them to 4 hits today. Hopefully this gets them on track to get some W’s going forward.

This will start to clear itself out over the next couple of weeks but this is how I’d rank at the moment. ULL gets the benefit of the doubt right now just because they have a ton of talent and were missing one of the best arms in the state this weekend. After the top four it really is a toss up at this point. UNO has to beat someone with a pulse before we crown them world beaters.

LSU’s game tonight vs. South Alabama has been postponed with the makeup game scheduled for April 3rd. NW state vs. ULM could be moved as well.
Everyone else is in action with two in state matchups. Tulane takes a short drive down to Thibadoux to face Harvard on da bayou. SELU will host the Cajuns of ULL in a matchup of two teams off to a sluggish start. LaTech will play at Little Rock tonight. UNO will have an early midweek test at Southern Miss. McNeese will be at home vs. Alcorn State.

Tech defeats Little Rock 5-3 in 12, couldn't afford to lose this one and can't afford any losses to ark st this weekend or nw st next mid-week before playing arkansas the following weekend, 2 in the mid-week against sam houston state, and then a weekend series against so miss. Will be a tough stretch.
