To the 10th it goes. La Tech is using a lot of good pitchers. They have Follis in now. Wonder how long he'd stay in if this turns into a marathon. They'll need him this weekend

Anyone watch the game? Announcers made it sound like there should have been an interference called for the slide at second.

Im not too familiar with it, does interference (to reward a double play) require the baseman to be making the play toward first? Because he wasn’t. He was still in position of catching the ball to get the out at 2nd.

Yeah sounds like it should've ended the inning. The umpires we get around here are such jokes. It was that McGuirk fricker who blew that one.
Should never have gotten to that though. We squeezed out about 8 or 9 singles tonight but could never get the clutch hit. Same ole shite. Talbot was "demoted" but is still recruiting and he's coaching on 1st.

Tulane has been killing the ball, albeit against weak competition. Ole Miss should be a good measuring stick for how good this team actually is. I fully expect us to get swept, but maybe we can steal one.
