Because in many situations how do you determine the cascading effects? You just knock the offender to the back. I’m shocked how many people are somehow surprised or offended by the rule structure. Is it just that most are used to either 1-1 sports or independent ones and not large group races?

Well...sometimes I have to stop myself in mid track and ask myself is this crazy? Usually the answer is no. But dinner with the family is the best
