Oh my God, the Caps beat the Sharks! Cue the music! Seriously, this is only like the Caps third win over the Sharks since 2000, I think. Sharks own the Caps.
Kind of a chippy game, and some guys are gonna get a call from the league. but at least we got Wilson laying out Thornton with one punch. Of course, Oshie might have a concussion from Thornton's hit, so its still a net loss, but you like to see a guy answer the bell for his hit.

The Jets are playing awesome right now. The question is whether its sustainable. On the plus side, they have four guys with 20+ points and another with 9 goals. They have 10 players with 10 points right now. They are deep as hell.
Patrick Laine is legit.
On the negative side, no way is Connor Hellebuyck gonna keep this up in net. He's got a save % of .925, a good 10 points over his career average. Blake Wheeler has 28 assists right now. He's good, but he's not THAT good. That's like a 90-assist pace.
Their 1.019 PDO is off the charts, meaning they are shooting out of their minds right now and will likely come back to earth. They are net negative on possession, too.
I think they are a playoff team, but they will fall off of the top seed pace. The Blues are better, so are the Preds. And watch for the surging Stars. They've banked a big enough lead they don't have to worry about making the playoffs, but I'm skeptical of their chances when they get there.

I fricking hate it when Blues and Tigers play at same time like tonight. Seems like it’s happened a lot this year. I flipped over to Tigers game when Blues game went to break. When I flipped back I missed Schenn hat trick to give Blues the lead.

I used to be able to listen to Stars games on radio when they were on 820 WBAP. Shame on you Stars are switching radio affiliates!

I sure hope Blues fans take note of this next time they bitch about Stillman and Armstrong. Forbes sure does like the Blues business model.

But that signal isn’t nearly as powerful at night as WBAP. I would think reaching potential fans in other states would be important, but I guess not. At least the Cardinals corrected their blunder years ago when they stupidly took their games off KMOX.

I just use the iHeart radio app. it runs on like a 30 second delay but it's crystal clear. I have to have Razor's voice in my life
