They're 2nd in the league in goals allowed. I don't have the exact totals but they have outscored opponents by an insane amount in the 2nd period so far.
So far, most of their games have been on home ice. They're starting a 6 game road swing Monday night against the Islanders. If they can get through that in decent shape, we'll really have something going.
Even more remarkable...they're already down to their 3rd string goalie. Marc-Andre Fluery and Malcolm Subban are on IR.

Take a look at their roster depth. They will not sustain this level of play over the course of a whole season.

Seriously frick hockey. Yotes dominate the Devils tonight and fricking lose on a ppg due to a penalty against them after a guy takes a run at Oliver Ekman Larssons head.
