Surprised Tulane's RPI is up that high (high as in good). If they can win their next three, it might get into the low 70s.

Interesting night in the Southland. Southeastern loses @ Sam Houston, which isn't too surprising.
SFA takes a loss on the road to Central Arkansas.
Nicholls now sits alone in the loss column atop the Southland at 7-1. UNO is in sole possession of 2nd place, but they are joined in the loss column by Sam Houston, Southeastern, and SFA.

Teams in action went 2-2 last night.
UNO beat Northwestern State 73-67. Bryson Robinson led the Privateers with 17 points off the bench. Ishmael Lane was the high scorer for the Demons with 14 points. UNO gets back to .500 on the season at 10-10 and improve to 7-2 in Southland play. Northwestern State drops to 3-16 overall and 0-8 in conference.
Southeastern lost at Sam Houston State 65-75. The Lions got a double double from Moses Greenwood who had 20 points & 10 rebounds in the loss. Southeastern drops to 12-9 this season and 6-2 in conference.
Nicholls defeated Lamar 79-74. The Colenols got big nights from Roddy Peters and Tevon Saddler who scored 28 and 22 points respectively. Nicholls improves to 13-8 and 7-1 in conference.
Games for tonight:
Tulane vs USF - 8pm (ESPNU)
ULL vs South Alabama - 7:15pm
ULM vs Troy - 7pm

Must win for Tulane tonight. USF is 0-7 in conference and 7-13 overall. No excuses if we lose this one. Hoping some younger guys can get some garbage minutes at the end. Would love to win the next 3

This stretch starting at the end of next week is pretty important
2/8 at Georgia State (15-6, 6-2)
2/10 at Georgia Southern (14-7, 5-3)
2/15 vs Texas State (14-8, 7-2)
Basically the only other teams with a pulse in conference and we've got all 3 of them in a weeks time.
