There are so many players who absolutely love it. I've been watching this 10th hole almost all day and it is the hardest 300 yd par 4 I've ever seen. Dustin might pull a Piercy here.

Good bogey.
That last out was sweet.

looks like a few baws will be in the hunt in this one. I'm not counting them out yet.

This is gonna be fun Sunday.
I'll be rained out of anything here, and all over this tournament, all over the thread, and all over google images looking for gifs.
Think your the only person watching the hunt in el palisades del vista? Think again!

I wish I was there. I had a class get cancelled today so I busted out the Crown and have been watching on Pgatour.com.
This hole is just so fascinating to me. I would love to make it out there at some point. I'm going out to Palm Springs in a couple weeks to play the La Quinta courses and the Stadium course at PGA West. I've never played in LA though.

Neither have I. I've flown into L.A. a few times.
This is just unreal though. Gotta be numerous bones to play here if you can get on.
I think Ted Danson is a member here.

I'm sure it's absurd. Pebble's really expensive, but Torrey wasn't that bad at all. Definitely worth the trip.
Out of all the private courses I've got to work on the one closest to me (Augusta) before I really focus on any of the other ones. There are so many amazing golf courses out there and I won't even come close to playing half the top 100 in my lifetime. It's pretty outrageous.

Agreed. All truly breath taking.
Hitting these greens and holding them looks to be rare. Is it the time of day?
Did the early groups have as much trouble?

They've been really tough all day, but it's gotten a little worse as the day's gone on. Generally what you would expect at any given course. What did Putnam just do? I left for 5 minutes and he was putting for the lead. Now he's 3 back.

Just watched two guys in the same group go bunker to bunker at 10 from across the green. One of them just put it in the bunker again.

Red: Birdie
Blue: Par
Black: Bogey
White: Other
Great graph. I think you gotta layup short of bunker. Such a narrow green.

Come on Sneds, make a putt.
Posted on 2/19/15 at 6:44 pm to bamafan425
That graph looks wrong. What about Scott piercy going from bunker to bunker 4 times and making a 6. He was in the green side bunker above the hole off the tee. Shouldn't there be a white dot there?
Lies!!!
Lies!!!

I was wondering the same. Looks like there might be a faint white dot in the bunker.
