Why is everyone so high on Dullahan? He got fricked being stuck between Bodemeister and Union Rags who will both break quickly. He doesn't have enough speed to make up getting squeezed out right out of the gate. He could hit the bottom of a superfecta, but I don't expect him to win this thing.

He has a jockey from La so that appeals to people with state pride and his post position isn't that bad. With a field of 20, he has a better shot that half the field.

Dullahan keeps a good pace and has excellent late speed, thats why I'm high on him. He won't keep the speed with bode, union or Hansen, but I don't expect him to fall to far behind

I agree. Left him off my exacta ticket. Hope I don't regret it.

Yeah, that's what I look at when I'm spending my own money.

It's actually pretty unfortunate. I'd like him more if he was posted elsewhere.

For casual horse racing fans from La who bet a minimum amount just to "have a horse in the race", it is a good of enough reason as any.

Its called gambling. Why do people bet on certain numbers no matter what? Who fricken cares?

Thanks I think the 8 could bust my @ss. The 10 also scares me. I love the derby because with 20 ponies anything can happen. I actually hate having so much chalk on the board but none of the longer odds horses jumped out to me

You too Rohan...Lets get rich!!! (haha, not likely off my $35 in bets, but if Trinniberg pulls off the win then I come out well ahead, but he's 50-1 for a reason so I"m not counting my chickens yet)...

I'm offshore so I had my sister bet for me. Can't change it now though I believe the track is much faster than earlier. Honestly like any gamble, it's a crap shoot. So let it ride baby!
