Definitely Romania. I don't know - Russia is iffy. They have had some brilliant gymnast, but I guess overall maybe they are down.
I agree with the falls and the out of bounds. I know that they have talked about the floor being harder, so maybe that is having an affect... not sure.

There probably isn't a document in existence in that country that shows their real age so there is little hope of finding evidence, it just doesn't exist.

I think my perception is that Russia is down because they don't really have any of the names I remember from previous Olympics.
Oh, and Dominique Muciano was the girl that did The Devil Went Down to Georgia for her floor in Atlanta in 96. I have no idea how I know that.
